Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics student at Technological University Dublin. I work as a researcher and freelance contributor for the European Digital Media Observatory on counter-disinformation, and build practical tools alongside it — a computer vision system that identifies marketplace resale opportunities and has generated real financial returns, and a home lab running SIEM stacks and honeypot setups. I’m interested in how systems fail, how attackers think, and how to design things that stay secure. Background spans Python automation, OSINT, web development, and hardware.

EDMO operates under European Commission mandate as part of the European Democracy Action Plan, coordinating anti-disinformation research across all EU member states.
  • Built a weekly fact-check round-up pipeline in Python: scrapes TheJournal.ie fact-checks, formats them to EDMO’s house style, and posts drafts to edmohub.ie via the WordPress REST API
  • Ran a controlled two-account social media experiment documenting algorithmic radicalisation; presented findings to ~60 students
  • Research shared by EDMO Ireland with DCU academics, under consideration for an MA journalism module
  • Selected as one of four representing Ireland in the EU-funded ChangingTIDE Changemakers counter-disinformation programme (TEPSA, Brussels)
